CHRISTINA VILLALON, PHD

As a former D1 softball player and third-generation teacher-coach, I've seen, heard, and experienced a lot of the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to sports and coaching. Building on these experiences with degrees focused in communication, business, kinesiology, psychology, sociology, and education, and my current roles as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Sport IMPACT Lab, has put me in a unique position to not only understand the science informing and influencing these aspects, but also be able to help support other coaches along their coach development path.​
